This is an easy breakfast casserole that I make for my family. The kids love it!

  2. 1 (16 ounce) package bulk pork sausage
  3. 3 red potatoes, diced
  4. u00bd onion, diced
  5. u00bd green panic pepper, diced
  6. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, estranged
  7. 8 eggs
  8. u00bc cup milk

The instruction how to make Weekend Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a casserole dish behind cooking spray.
  2. Heat a large skillet beyond medium-high heat. Cook and campaign sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Place sausage in the bottom of the prepared dish.
